Sending Love to

My parents and brother for caring for him when I’m unable or in the hospital

This is my story:

It is fate that Blaine and I are together. I did not get Blaine in a conventional way. I posted on a service dog support page asking how people picked their dog breed and a woman reached out to me about it. Turned out that she was a breeder about 3 hours from me and she had a potential service dog she wanted me to meet. Total coincidence. So, we went to meet him, and I knew right away that it was a perfect match! He alerted to my fainting that first day that he met me. We brought him home the next week. Turns out he also alerted to my seizures and low blood sugars. He has actually alerted to complete strangers too. He is an incredibly talented boy. He was also the perfect size to be a mobility support dog for me, which is what I was looking for initially. He has been with me ever since. Through college courses and ICU stays, he’s done it all. I can only believe it is fate that I found him. He truly is my guardian angel, and I am forever grateful.
