About Us.
Chronic Warrior Collective began in 2016 as Chronic Connections when Denise Archilla, a social worker, teacher, entrepreneur, and life coach, felt pulled to work with the chronically ill population once again. She recognized that the most underserved illness group was teens and young adults working to navigate that tough time in life between pediatric and adult care.
Denise set out to pull illness warriors across all chronic illnesses and diseases into the same group that worked together to problem solve, uplift and cheer for each other and move toward new dreams!

Keep Up with the Collective!
